Thought Bubble, RTR buyout of ZNC's 25% of Earaheedy in shares, say value of $100m thus 200m RTR shares at .50c these shares are added to those already held by ZNC of RTR some 3.88m shares, these are then in species distributed to ZNC shareholders. ZNC de-merges into two companies one holding all the Lithium ventures (Armaco Lithium), the other holding the gold & copper ventures (Zenith Precious Metals). Thus three separate metals companies, each with its own attributes and possibilities to create wealth in their own right for the current shareholders, with the notion that the parts are worth more than the current whole.
