Interesting...possibly a version of that but regarding figures being touted now, it's pointless speculating on the value of the 25% until the next round of assays arrive. Head over to the rtr thread and there's a lot of speculation that these results could seriously re-rate the market cap of RTR and ZNC alongside it. An interesting comparison to rtr/znc/Earaheedy is the CHN value explosion that's been referred to a number of times. If something like that were to occur, I would speculate they may wait until the dust settles before they IPO the base metals part... but I may well be wrong. I'm not sure rtr would be in a hurry to buy out znc as they're more likely looking to raise further funds to put into developing the project.
