    Reading between the lines here. The term of these options indicate the directors clearly think the znc JV venture will be valued at north of $130m WITHOUT the spun off assets including the 25% holding of Earaheedy. They are showing the market something rather interesting here by the price of the options. The market hasn't priced in this JV at anything like the value that the directors have (yet)
