Not giving away but issuing 240 million new share at price 0.03c, which raises $720000. The shares are for Giant Rainbow Investments which some of the new managers share a long standing "professional" relationship. But the only business activity Giant Rainbow has is the proposed investment into Pilot. Read the Dispatch of Notice of General Meeting pdf. Independent Review said is not fair. Mates rates to dilute our money again, and where has all the money the new management brought, gone to.
