ANS are clearly not adverse to taking on a bit risk...its risk vs reward...
There is a lot to take in on this announcement.....it will take a couple of days/weeks for some to read and fully digest...it is a much better deal for SDL than what was previously proposed with the Note holders... In theory this deal moves the Debt previously held by the SDL Note holders to ANS at a discounted rate for SDL which in effect means much less dilution and SDL will hold onto more of its asset..
ANS takes on the additional risk, and issues 8billion shares to part fund the SDL deal at 1.3cents...ANS use the remaining additional money to fund other projects...
It also brings WAPRC to the table with negotiations for Funding the SDL project...
SDL and ANS will in effect be majority owned by WAPRC...
