In other words the Chinese are probably the only Nation that could put this sort of capital up and they have made it very clear to the market based on the AFR article i posted yesterday , that they want more control of their IO raw material inventory - Its an End to End BUSINESS MODEL scenario for them , in that they control large IO deposits locally and offshore and have more control of the cost to produce steel, and of their smelters and fabrication operations

Chinese are a super smart nation and know what is good for them.
We just along for the ride and i suspect when we re- commence trading again there will be larger forces at play controlling share price - they will want multiple returns for their investment and i suspect we could get to 5c share within few weeks of opening as its essentially unlocking massive wealth - Chinese don't invest lightheartedly - they 100% or nothing IMHO from past experience
