WAPRC will become major shareholder of ANS by another 7.7 billion new shares to be issued to WAPRC at 0.013 (discounted from 0.017).

Shares on issue post WAPRC transaction 12,766,959,525 100.00%

We, SDL shareholders have better deal with ANS compared to with noteholders. SDL got premium at 0.0055 dealing with ANS compared to 0.004 with noteholders. Less dilution, and also no sale of 51 per cent equity ownership in CAM IRON SA to Tidfore. Plus SDL will get $8 million for working capital.
