I have property in central Geraldton and like the place but down about $100,000 . Good luck with Oakajee the place is screaming out for this to happen.

I was up that way earlier this year looking at property, I was amazed by how much the Drummond/Sunset beach area has declined in the past few years. A little infrastructure would greatly influence the area.
