Obviously these guys are about to drop some good/great exploration results. So why do they feel they need to issue new incentive options(just out of the money, 4 year life) to directors/ staff? These guys already have incentives, this issue of securities is simply handing out freebies at the expense of patient shareholders. I'm not trying to be stingy etc.. but this is crap.
