Is just a letter of intent at this stage. Will be interesting to see what the due diligence results in...hopefully not worse terms.
Good news will be that if the deal doesn't change then there is a highly sophisticated investor that has looked deeply at the financial and pipeline and believes that this will pay off.
I am not clear on what stops the company from selling the shares once allocated...we've had bad experiences on thar from before.
