Since the directors seem really keen to offload the company there doesn't seem much point in shareholders making them keep running it. I am yet to be convinced that the offer is a good deal for someone who is interested in the potential of this company and wants to invest in it long term. Then again, without the offer we would be wondering how the companies' projects are progressing and the share price significantly lower than we have now. I would like to invest more in this company, but I have little trust in management looking out for its shareholders. Or, perhaps my vision of what I would like the company to become and that of the directors is just too different and it is time to move on.
