I think financing is tied to a strategic partnership with Sibanye. Sibanye y/e results will be released on 18 Feb. With expected HEPS of R10 and a share price of R60 I expect a sharp rerating of share price to above R100p/s. A deal with Orion will exert slight downward pressure on Sibanye share price as it is relatively small, but Niel Froneman will probably wait for a rerate before announcing this deal.
