@matchbox - suspect you will be proved wrong on this. Very tightly held and truly innovative technology for key, big, retail players. Global application for retail and well beyond (i.e. asset management). If this actually were to hit 11c....which it won't (or even come near it imo)....I'll pin back my ears and buy everything I can get my hands on. Anyway, I could be wrong but I think this is one of the most exciting plays to hit the market in recent times. The current RGU board/management are no dummies either (understatement)...wouldn't do this if they didn't believe they could make some good money for shareholders; suspect RGU would have reviewed quite a lot of opportunities before landing on this one.
Anyway, just my musings...time will tell.
