@tradesurfer - waiting is frustrating (I am with you on that) but re-compliance, unfortunately, is pretty complicated with the new ASX rules and intense ASX scrutiny given the changes in those rules. The one thing I can guarantee you though is that RGU is no MNE, not even close! (just look at the Board, major holders, etc.). That being said, I'd be very surprised if the NoM would not go out this week. ...Good things come to those who wait (assuming the wait is not too long. ) .
