Basically, from what I can gather, AUS Streaming wants to list on the ASX. Perhaps, luckily or unluckily for us, they worked a deal with MCH to come in through the back door.

MCH will issue shares to ASAF, and then MCH will acquire AUS Streaming. Essentially, MCH will become AUS Streaming - a mining finance company.

Also, because MCH has some assets, they are going to 'quarantine' them in a trust for MCH holders. It appears that the trustee will be Quest Securities, one of our subsidiaries.

I will do some more research when I have some time, so don't quote me on anything that I have said. As for whether we will lose or make money , I think there is too little information at the moment.
