Majority shareholder taking a second bite at the minority cherry - on the last capital raise they decimated the minorities - trading at 16c and raised at 3c
Net tangible asset value per share at Dec 22 - 7c and a listed entity - offer should be more in the 10c range.
If successful Wentronic would be buying assets of around $17M for $6.6M - great deal if you can get it !
