I imagine that the CR price would have already been organised with sophisticated investors when the Ukrainian owners agreed to sell their assets. Options most likely thrown in for good measure.
Guessing that VRC shareholders may get a piece of the action.
Requesting $10m or so dollars from the market for a producing asset and gold exploration programs should not be a concern in my opinion. Lets wait and see near term.
