I am sure that once the Due Diligence is completed any day now that the company will communicate details of funding to conclude the agreement of purchase.
I would not be surprised if Small Fund Managers have not got VRC on their radar waiting for the green light to enter the register. Asimwe has nursed this baby and injected personal funds due to his confidence of success.
Ukraine project first followed by Tanzanian graphite later in the year. Both Asimwe and Trevor will deliver the goods in my opinion.
