WOW!!!

I've been out since early this morning so just caught up on the news and only had a chance to skim the announcements.

My initial reaction is that it's a big game changer for PRR. There are some elements that sound amazing and a few that I'm not too sure of yet. Additional share dilution is always unpopular and controversial, but if the net result is a much bigger pie for all, then it's for the better.

One thing is very clear, Marc Vought is a "Deal Maker". I've previously opined that he was the driver of the licensing deal with the Israeli pharma. Associating with companies like Novartis must surely open up new opportunities for developing and licensing Cvac.

I really need more time to absorb this and think it through. I'm looking forward to the analyst briefing to hear it discussed in more detail, before I make any firm conclusions.

Everyone's been hanging out for some kind of announcement from PRR management. Well, today we sure got it....in spades!
