"We believe the share price will rise in absolute terms over the next 60 days. WIth the overhang of Morrabbin asset swap removed without EPS or NTA dilution, we believe the market will focus on the growth outlook. We expect GMG to confirm EPS within the 5.2 to 5.5c consensus range, which emplies 12 to 17% ebit growth and bodes well for FY 12 - 13 EPS growth, which is currently not reflected in the price. We believe more detail on the FY 11 outlook and current development activity will act as a catalyst for the shares. 80% or higher liklihood or probability for the scenario."
Next leg up shouldn't be too far away assuming the world doesn't cave in.
