aristocrat is building an online gaming platform and thus complements this strategy
it will give aristocratic access to sports betting and lottos and existing clients to the platform
it is an expensive acquisition but imo an important one to hit the ground running when it begins the online gaming platform
also announcing a further share buyback shows the strength of the current strategy
