~70,000,0000 to sophisticated and holders raising about 900,000 dollars plus 17 and half mil to the holders of the tenements who basically become majority shareholders of the company if their 160,000,000 performance shares come in the money (not sure how much these are priced at - does anyone know?) they get these very perspective land holdings, enough money to place a few RC drill holes in and what has been touted as a company making move into the Pilbara.

So as of today they have issued another 87 or so million new shares which does take the share price to 45mil market cap plus about 9 mil from this raise (at 9.4c) so the market cap is about 54 million dollars at 9.4c. Are there some options I am missing?

The company chair people and staff are fronting up ~250G of the mil they are raising which is a pretty good indication of where this is going if they have what they think they might have out there.

I have worked at Pilbara Minerals and they have the same rocks.

I think of it this way, we are lucky enough to be at this point in time where we are as an economy are transitioning from oil to batteries. The last time this happened in history was 120 or so years ago when we transitioned from horse and cart to oil powered motor vehicles. There is a new Arabian Oil deposit of lithium up in the Pilbara that these guys have just taken a nice prospective piece of. It looks pretty positive to me.
