The board has to present every offer that they receive as per ASX listing rules. But they have accepted the offer and put it forward to shareholders. With a lot of holders being management that received their shares for free.

I just hope Fidelity holding about 10% and some of the other large holders that paid for their shares don't want a quick exit especially considering it probably represents a small percentage of their own portfolio.
