What a complete waste of time this share was. After 6 years zero income, the board unanimously saying to approve sale at 11.5c. Of course they would take their cash and run to the hills. I sold majority of my shares 12 months ago but held a small parcel so I didn’t punch myself if it went to $1 after holding for 5 years. I feel for every single investor here with the worst commercial execution I’ve seen in a long time. I will be voting a bit fat NO.
