    I've received a reply from BL.

    Offer was subject to board unanimously recommending it, otherwise there was no offer to begin with. Maybe sheds some light on unanimous recommendation. Hopefully 'unanimously recommending it' allows the announcement to be made to bring attention to other companies.

    Let's hope this is the starting line for us, not the finish.

    2nd page, 2nd paragraph, does qualify offer a tiny bit, in particular in the 'absence of a superior offer'...

    I'll still be absolutely voting no against this price.
