    smurfix, why would there be panic sellers, I am a buyer at .11 this would have to be the biggest stone cold certainty on the ASX at the moment, this offer will never be accepted in a vote and I would think counter offers would be a given.
    I will say I feel disgusted that the BOD have recommended that we accept .115, I can only hope that this is a strategic move on their part .
