1. 11.1 No current discussions regarding a Competing Proposal

   ResApp represents and warrants that, as at the date of this deed, neither it nor any of its Representatives are in any negotiations or discussions, in respect of any Competing Proposal.

No discussions about a competing proposal. Does that mean the other discussions previously mentioned by management were only on the Covid detection and not a buy out. I wonder what will happen to those discussions now.
