There some interesting perspectives here that have not yet been fully realized, although a couple of posts have alluded to this.

OK, so the auction has kicked off.

Pfizer are a pharmaceutical manufacturer, primarily. RAP is very disruptive, and can be considered an IT, AI, medical diagnosis type of company. So i am seeing this, who DOES not want Pfizer playing in the IT/AI space:- primarily the big telehealth players, already in the market , or those building platforms. However in addition to that Pfizer's competitors probably wont want them expanding their areas of interest.

Just a a logical exercise, can anyone think of the likes of Apple (or whoever) bidding against the likes of Pfizer.

Once once of these companies from a different background base enter the race, things will get very interesting indeed. - for several reasons, one of the most interesting IMO is that IT companies value assets differently to manufacturing companies.
