Just gotover the shock of the announcement and I was not Cool.

My vote willbe NO to the $0.115 bit.

I think fromthe anger from shareholders on Hotcopper that the takeover will not pass atthis price.

On apositive note :

1. Shareholders are wealthier today thanthey were yesterday.

2. RAP has $3million more in cash.

3. Pfizer also believes in RAP and wants to take it over.

4. There must be other big Companies considering the same thing as Pfizer. Hope Apple or Google are one of them

5. And if so, a bidding war will start that benefit shareholder.
