    I sold the shares at loss after holding for 2years. In my sincere opinion get the money and move on. The current management can’t take it any further.
    Consider lucky you have this offer. Take it and move on .if shareholders think they can get better offer than stick but if the agreement falls it will go back to 7 cents.
