I doubt that the BOD are too worried whichever way it goes
1. they get the sp up for all the above reasons….good for them.
2. takeover successful, they have enough shares, good pay day…good for them.
3. I think the most important, most will hold their jobs and with pay rises due to their collective knowledge and contacts etc, would not be surprised if they got incentives and shares too and at the end of the day this could be their overriding reason for accepting this or any offer.
