    I will be voting no. I have a measly 93,000 shares.

    I am thinking about buying some more at 11.5 actually.
    If the take over succeeds at 11.5, we would just lose brokage (so hardly anything...).
    If the take over fails (hopefully), I suspect the price will go higher.

    So buying at 11.5 seems like a tempting idea to me.
