    This is the time all shareholders really need to do something.
    I've just written my first email to TK.
    I humbly suggest we all do this.
    We all must band together to vote no to this disgrace. I realise offers can be negotiated etc, but the fact the board 'unanimously recommends' this to be accepted is more of a gut punch than the 11.5cents.
    Please shareholders, get in touch with TK and BL and force this issue.
