Just a few quick questions!
How could you know how many sh you need to say no?
Wouldn't you need to know how many sh there are to work out the percentage 25% (Is this info available?)
Also wouldn't you need to account for all shares on the register to accurately calculate...? Given the vote is by head count rather than holding apparently?
Is there a time frame as to when the voting counts?
ie when voting opens & closes?
Not attempting to deflate your efforts just curious as to the math behind it, mightent be an accurate indication is all.
