    Great response....la la land.

Possible scenario is that, despite its many claims, every one of their offerings has failed to gain traction in any real market that is producing money. This is despite being in a supposed 'commercial phase' for some time.

Management is staring down the barrel of another cap raise. Revenue remains miniscule and even their covid test is a year too late (with most testing positive actually having no symptoms, so a cough test will never make a dent in the existing testing methods).

In short, the share price was where it was because, apart from the dreams of retail investors who have fallen in love with the story, because the plot is actually a nightmare.

Pfizer see it as a bit of a novelty they can add into their offerings and $100 mill is chump change in the world of big pharma. In fact its a blip in the world of pharma takeovers. The RAP offerings will become a tiny, tiny piece of an already huge existing beast.

Management have actually said how surprised they are that Pfizer are interested. They see this as a parachute to escape the inevitable burning of further funds and loss of confidence and backlash from the retailers left holding and have fully endorsed the takeover offer. Its hardly like management are making a killing considering how few shares they all own in the company, so why else would they be giving up their hefty salaries?

I believe the offer will be higher than the existing one, but all the cards are in the hands of Pfizer and management and Pfizer both know this. My belief is that 15-18c or thereabouts will be the final price.

Sorry I am going against popular opinion. However read my posts as far back as you like and I rarely get involved in negative talk about a company, preferring instead to concentrate on one or two companies I like. However, RAP is a company I have watched and at times been part of for years. So it is easier seeing reality when not emotionally involved.
