But if the "fair value" is put at a higher figure say 18 cents then they are by recommending the 11.5 cent bid automatically saying yes to the higher value...so another suitor comes knocking and bids 18 cents or Pfizer up their bid to 18 cents BOD is in agreement to suggest we take that new slightly higher amount.
