I have had buy orders in for a bit over a million shares at .11...

    I have had buy orders in for a bit over a million shares at .11 since the TO announcement with the intention to try and sell at .115, over the last 2 days the low has been .1125 so it looks like retail are being effectively blocked from buying ,as far as I know I can not enter my orders at .1125.
    Does anybody know how to override this, cheers
