surely this now means that Keating has to go after vote of no confidence at meeting in June...To recommend acceptance at a stage where there is some light at the end of the tunnel is disgusting in its implication..He sees no further value and obviously no longer believes in the product and wants out. We [ shareholders } need to make sure that he gets the message and turn the offer down...Wondering aloud if quarterly is not good hence announcement. But either way, 850 ml shares on offer...needs 75% approval I think.. Not too many big players on register so mainly retail...We can say NO..TK goes..Happy as.
