Thats a good way to look at it.
Ive looked at the tenement deal from another angle. Ive asked why MARS (Evans/Sholom) havent listed and chosen GMN. Is it because they could sell the tenements to us investors for 600m shares at .004c that they can dump and get cash?
If they listed MARS they would have to raise capital to explore and mine. From what ive seen at CGB they prefer personal income over company development and especially, share holder return.
