Dave is director of a private company as well as the public company where he is using retail investor (mum and dad) funds to "buy" from said private company. David also talks about spodumene like it is present but prefaces it with "awaiting assays" to avoid prison.
it's really unbelievable they can get away with this. ASIC needs to crack down on these lifestyle guys. IMO
