The main thing I see about Dave, and like you mentioned about taking only shares, now why would a private company give away hundreds of km2 of Lithium leases for 2.4 million. (Just to clarify it's also 600,000,000 shares, not 900,000,000.

At the time of the deal, at 0.004, literally hot Li land in Brazil for only that amount. You would be crazy.

I think there would have been a heck of a lot of due diligence done from Dave and the team, before the deal on Mars's side was done.

With Dave's experience as a Geo, I also agree that he has the knowledge of the area, he knows what to look for, and this truly is one of, if not the biggest sleeping giant in the Li space on the ASX!
