Yes we need to UNITE on this one and resist this low ball offer. There have been some sales go through at 25.5c so some must think this is not the end. They need to get 90% (I think) acceptances before they can force the remaining 10% to sell and de list. I am voting NO and hope many other holders will as well. This company has to be worth at least 35c in its current de risked state. Many brokers have priced it so as well.
