Well that’s an individuals call, if there a no other bids or if the buyer pulls out after or during DD because of something they have found that they don’t like (I am not saying they will by any means), the SP could drop, the directors have given their ok so anyone holding needs to take that into mind as well, but as you say another bid could ramp the offer price.
