Agree - do not underestimate human capital. You can see in the worlds most successful companies (Apple, Tesla, Amazon etc) really had their success stemming from the directive/influence/vision from a small group people within that company. The incentive to acquire human capital at this juncture shows that Pointerra is in for the long term game, rather than to just grow customer base ASAP and pump out announcements regarding growth this way.
