    On 15th April they announced this;

    "Nex Metals Explorations Limited (ASX:NME) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the Kookynie Project tenements from Iris Metals Limited (ASX:IR1), marking a significant expansion of its exploration and development portfolio."

    .....And now it has been terminated
