This was a huge acquisition for NEX, I don't think Ken would be pleased it has fallen over.
There was not much in it for Iris when you look at the deal. Iris would have been diluted immediately & significantly given NME's requirement to either issue shares in lieu of payment to directors and CR activity.
Once the deal was announced their would have been a few phone calls from other interested parties I believe.
