I am not a shareholder in SUV so best of luck , I simply thought it appropriate to point out that the announcement detailing this transaction (to a director of this company who is meant to be acting independently , not off loading tenements that are problematic that he has no further interest or use for) was eight pages long singing its merits , with three lines on page 5 noting the tenement does actually overlap with an A class Nature reserve !!!!! Which is sort of important don’t you agree? It’s almost as if Mr Banks would prefer his long and arduous frustrations with this tenement be now lumbered on the shareholders of the company whilst asking them to pay him for it. I am of the opinion that if there was any upside to the progression of this tenement Mr Banks would not be offering it ....... or perhaps I am completely mistaken and MR Banks benevolent nature is to load such highly prized assets into the companies he is a director for the prosperity and benefit of everyone .
