I appreciate that the Board of DAU has changed but looking at the entire picture I wonder why is that DAU, considers that it can raise equity to acquire AND explore an exploration project around Laverton yet would not have been able to raise money to explore an advanced gold exploration project at Plutonic Dome? What's more, with a new project there is the need to convince existing shareholders this is a good deal whilst with Plutonic Dome, most already new it was a great project, though subject to an errant strategy.
