There are some details about the 25% / 75% split ownership (Deed of Sale) regarding Cosmo tenement E38/2274 that have always puzzled me a bit.
Looking at the Cosmo 2021 IPO document (pg.134), DDD said that "The Deed of Sale also provides DDD/the Company with control of E38/2274, and sole discretion to make decisions affecting it and enabling it to determine activities to be undertaken."
I was just wondering if you have any extracts from the actual Deed of Sale Agreement for tenement E38/2274 that you could post on HotCopper that might confirm or refute the ownership control & sole discretion aspects mentioned in clause 11.5 from the 2021 Cosmo IPO?
