Just tried to call the company a couple of times to find out the outcome of yesterday's vote, which is highly material and price sensitive, given that it potentially goes to the solvency of the company
No announcement posted yet (is the company trading in breach of its continuous disclosure obligations?) and no answer at the office at c9.15am local time
Goes to how 'on the ball' this group is. No wonder it is trading <4c when it listed at 50c about a decade ago (and has not traded above issue price since)
